The flower garden is all mulched. I am planning to buy a crepe myrtle tree to plant behind the bench with some of my Christmas money.

Before I Mulched the Flower Garden

This is the flower garden I want to mulch. I want to keep the weeds out and add some compost to our heavy clay soil.

Here is the mulch I got for free from the tree trimmers who trimmed a tree back from our power lines. It was a little chunkier than I wanted it, but I will see how it works out.
